AI video is a lot like shooting on a real set. The first take is rarely the one you keep. In Skitify every scene of a project collects its takes, so you can try again as often as you like without touching the scenes around it.
Making a new take
Open a scene and press New take. The composer starts with the prompt and the materials of the take you're looking at, so you only change what was wrong: a calmer camera, a different expression, a shorter line. Generate, and the new take appears next to the old ones.
Comparing and choosing
Tap any take to watch it. The one marked In video is the take your project uses. When a new one is better, press Use take, and the project, the preview and the editor all switch to it.
Switching keeps your edit. The trim, the transition into the scene and its subtitles stay where they were.
New take or new scene?
- Small problem, same idea: a new take with one or two words changed.
- Wrong character or wrong place: check the references and the start frame before you generate again. The model can only use what it was given.
- Wrong idea altogether: write a new scene. Takes are versions of the same moment.
Every take keeps its own prompt and settings, so you can always see what produced the version you liked. And if a generation fails, its tokens come back to your balance automatically.
