You build a character once, choosing their look, voice and personality, and that same character comes back looking the same in every scene you put them in. That is the part most AI video tools get wrong: ask twice and you get two different faces.
The flow is four steps. Pick who is in the video, write the scenes as a script with a line per character, generate, then trim the result in the browser. Vertical, square and widescreen output, with the spoken lines voiced by the model and lip-synced to whoever is speaking.
